Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in passive fire protection estimating or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of tendering, cost planning, and risk assessment.
• Competence with NEC and/or JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates for passive fire protection systems.
• Review tender documentation and prepare bid/no-bid assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BoQs), and tender submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure all estimates comply with current fire safety regulations.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options.
• Support client engagement and business development initiatives.
