Job summary

First Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support the Bridgwater area on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for travel inquiries across SPS sites, delivering excellent customer service by phone, email and in person.

The role involves coordinating travel methods and parking, and handling complaints. Apply if you have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A positive, customer-focused approach and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; transport sector experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Being the main point of contact for all travel enquiries across SPS sites, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Allocating the correct travel method for each passenger and issuing appropriate parking allocations and bus pick up points.
• Providing passengers with accurate information about the services we provide.
• Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and in person communications.
• Receiving and responding to complaints.
