Specialist Passenger Solutions Limited (SPS), a division of First Bus, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for Bridgwater to support Hinkley Point C travellers and site workers. You will be the first point of contact for travel enquiries, provide accurate information, arrange transport methods, and respond to requests by phone, email, or in person.

The role stresses excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, staying calm under pressure, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, customer-focused approach.
• Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience (transport experience is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for travel enquiries across SPS sites.
• Allocate the correct travel method and parking allocations for passengers.
• Provide accurate information regarding services offered.
• Deliver customer service via phone, email and in person.
• Receive and respond to complaints.
