Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Bridgwater is seeking a temporary Service Advisor to join a world-renowned commercial vehicle manufacturer. You will greet customers, manage admin tasks, plan and coordinate work, and keep clients updated throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes organisation, customer focus, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a temporary setting. Salary is £19.15 per hour with overtime paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills - professional and friendly.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using computer systems and booking software.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Responsabilités

• Meeting and greeting all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating work
• Creating and processing job cards - checking for existing work in progress
• Checking account details, available credit, and obtaining relevant authorisation
• Providing timely updates to customers
• Agreeing timescales for unscheduled work and following through to completion
• Using initiative and working comfortably as an individual
