Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting a Parts Supervisor for a busy main car dealership in the Wooburn Green/Beaconsfield area of Buckinghamshire. The role runs 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, with Saturday 08:00–12:00 on a 1/3 rota.

A £27,500 basic salary plus a £9,000 bonus pot per annum is offered. You will manage a busy parts department, ensuring a high level of service to the Workshop, handling trade and export parts, and coordinating goods-in, stock checks, rotation, and returns.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor in a main dealer.
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential to this position.
• Attention to detail and working as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver unrivalled customer service within a busy parts department.
• Support the Workshop with parts for Trade and export sales.
• Manage goods-in, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation and liaising with Service.

Parts Supervisor – I am working with a Main Car Dealership in the Wooburn Green / Beaconsfield area of Buckinghamshire who are seeking to recruit a Parts Supervisor with previous experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor in the Motor Trade / Garage environment.

08:00 – 18:00 M-F Saturday 08:00 – 12:00 1/3

£27500 basic for supervisor and bonus pot of £9000 P/A

Parts Supervisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service.
• The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy Trade parts operation (including export sales).
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters, parts verification experience would be beneficial.
• You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor ideally with a main dealer
