Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a proactive Parts Supervisor to lead and manage the Parts department across two sites, Watford and St Albans. The role requires strong leadership, KPI knowledge and excellent communication to guide the Parts Advisors and daily operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating stock reception, dispatch, recording, ordering parts under supervision, and maintaining accurate cash and credit controls. Experience with a main dealer parts department is preferred.

• Good customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the Parts department and lead Parts Advisors.
• Coordinate receipt and return of manufacturer goods.
• Ensure goods received are dispatched or stocked daily and recorded accurately.
• Keep stock records up to date and ensure correct binning of parts and accessories.
• Order parts under supervision of the Aftersales Manager and monitor cash/credit controls.

Parts Supervisor Role:

Our client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, motivated and experienced Parts Supervisor

to lead and manage the department on a daily basis, and reporting to the Parts Manager.

This is working in superb premises for a strong brand. Our client is looking for someone who can

demonstrate being a leader of people. You will need to have a strong knowledge on Parts KPIs and

processes, whilst being an excellent communicator and people person. You will be responsible for

the Parts Advisors and all of the daily functions within the department.

In Two locations (Watford and St Albans) to oversee the parts department operation

To co-ordinate the receipt and return of manufacturers goods

To ensure goods received are dispatched or stocked on a daily basis

To ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly stored

To ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly binned and accurately recorded

To select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficiently

To order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales Manager

To ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to date

Maintain accurate cash and credit controls

Parts Supervisor Role:
