Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor in Guildford to manage daily parts operations, supervise ordering, stock control and customer service for workshop, retail and trade customers.

The role requires main dealership experience, Kerridge proficiency and strong supervisory or progression-ready background. Located in Guildford, a permanent full-time position with attractive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Advisor within a main dealership.
• Experience using Kerridge is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Parts Department, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise parts ordering, picking, invoicing and dispatch for workshop, retail and trade customers.
• Monitor parts availability and source stock from other dealerships and suppliers.
• Support Parts Advisors with customer enquiries, stock queries and daily workloads.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer service standards.
• Build strong relationships with workshop teams, trade customers and suppliers.
• Ensure departmental procedures, stock processes and Health & Safety standards are maintained.

Parts Supervisor - Guildford

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Supervisor to join a busy main dealership in Guildford. Applicants must have previous main dealership parts experience, including experience using Kerridge, and have the right to work in the UK. Previous supervisory experience is desirable, although experienced Parts Advisors looking to progress will also be considered.

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £36,000 Basic | OTE: £39,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, plus Saturdays on a rota (8:00am - 1:00pm, paid as overtime)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
