Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring stock levels are maintained and inventory accuracy is upheld.
• Lead, support, and develop the parts team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage stock control procedures, including regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Provide expert advice to customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
• Work collaboratively with workshop and other internal departments to support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
