Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Parts Supervisor for a prominent commercial vehicle dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. You will lead the Parts team, oversee daily operations, and ensure rapid parts supply to minimise downtime.

The role demands proven supervisory experience, strong knowledge of parts ordering and inventory control, excellent communication, and IT aptitude (Kerridge/Keyloop). A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within a commercial vehicle or motor dealership.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of parts ordering, inventory management, and stock control systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Experience with manufacturer warranty processes is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the Parts team to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.
• Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure quick parts supply and minimise vehicle downtime.
• Oversee parts procurement, stock management, and inventory control to maintain optimal levels.
• Ensure accurate processing of stock receipts, returns, and documentation in line with company standards.
• Develop strong working relationships with workshop, sales, and service teams to enhance operational flow.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and service quality.
