Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting a Parts Specialist for an automotive engine components supplier in Royston. You will identify parts, handle enquiries and support sales in a busy environment, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include handling calls/emails, using catalogues to identify parts, and promoting add-on sales while expanding knowledge of products and point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive industry experience.
• Good knowledge of automotive vehicles.
• Confident communication and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to reliably commute to Royston, SG8 6NT.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of an automotive engine specialist supplying internal engine components to the automotive industry.

They are looking for an organised, customer-focused Parts Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help customers identify the right components, respond to enquiries and support sales activity in a busy, fast-paced environment.
