Orion Electrotech, based in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy team. You will provide expert advice on spare parts, process orders accurately, and maintain exceptional service levels.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and sales experience in a technical environment, with good IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering a salary of £31,000–£33,000 plus bonus.

The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting customers with their spare parts requirements, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.
