Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/parts procurement environment would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and email correspondence.
• Enthusiastic about supporting business needs and helping the team achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Support customers’ orders (via email and phone) to identify parts and take orders accurately.
• Source customer requirements from stock across nationwide branches; source products from suppliers as needed.
• Raise quotations from preferred suppliers at competitive prices with full information.
• Process quotes and orders, considering price, delivery, and quality, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage order changes and escalate to management when required.
• Maintain the order processing system and provide accurate reports to customers and management.
