FSW Ltd, a leading refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaler, is seeking a dedicated customer service and procurement support specialist. You will handle customer orders, source parts from nationwide branches, and coordinate quotes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and teamwork within a busy, branch-driven environment across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/parts procurement environment would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and email correspondence.
• Enthusiastic about supporting business needs and helping the team achieve its goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop positive relationships with FSW branches, customers and suppliers.
• Support customers’ orders via email and phone to identify parts and take orders accurately.
• Source customer requirements from stock across branches and from suppliers to meet delivery timelines.
• Raise quotations from preferred suppliers at competitive prices for customer decisions.
• Process quotes and orders, and support customer selection based on price, delivery and quality.
• Manage order changes and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain timely communication about delays or deviations to customers and management.
• Keep the order processing system accurate for reporting to customers.
