Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory systems and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to support sales activity and parts sales when needed.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritisation and time management to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing company-owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
• Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
• Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
• Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hand-on involvement where required
• Providing accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activity
• Ensuring health & safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times
