Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Parts Customer Service Coordinator in Northampton to take ownership of customer orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse and sales teams to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry through delivery.

Immediate start for a proactive, organised professional with experience in parts or technical customer service, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts or technical customer service.
• Experience with manufacturing, engineering, distribution or technical environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues.
• Providing quotations and supporting customers with parts-related enquiries.
• Monitoring open orders and proactively updating customers on progress.
• Working with logistics, supply chain, warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Investigating discrepancies, coordinating supplier communication and supporting operational accuracy.
