Interaction Technical, Grantham, is seeking a experienced Parts Advisor. The role involves advising customers, processing orders, and supporting stock control in a busy parts department.

You will handle enquiries by phone, email and in person, maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and work toward service targets with a professional approach. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of vehicle/commercial vehicle/plant parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert parts advice to customers and colleagues.
• Handle enquiries, orders and quotations via phone, email and in person.
• Process parts orders accurately using internal systems.
• Maintain customer relationships with professional service.
• Assist with stock control and goods receipting.
• Check deliveries and ensure proper storage of parts.
• Support workshop and service departments with parts availability.
• Maintain accurate records across inventory systems.
• Work to departmental targets and customer service standards.
