Bennett & Son Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers seeking car parts and accessories. You will advise on parts, process orders, check stock, and provide excellent service throughout the sales journey.

Based in Grantham, the role supports both trade and retail, with hours Mon-Fri 8:00–17:30 and alternate Saturdays 8:30–13:00. A proactive team player with strong communication and IT skills will thrive here.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Sales Advisor is preferred but not essential.
• Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and components is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident IT skills.
• Familiarity with dealer or parts systems would be advantageous.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Serve retail and trade customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Identify correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
• Prepare quotes, check stock availability, and process orders efficiently
• Up-sell related products, accessories, and special offers where appropriate
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to source non-stocked items
• Support the warehouse with parts requests and timely supply
• Maintain accurate records of orders, backorders, and special requests
• Help with stock checks, stock rotation, and general housekeeping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure all documentation and systems are updated accurately
