Job summary

Auto Skills UK in Yeovil is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a main Car Dealership team. You will handle front and back counter trades, retail and workshop parts, and stock control while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires knowledge of DMS systems (Kerridge, 1 link, Pinnacle or similar), and you must hold a full UK manual driving licence. A friendly, sales-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
• Front and back counter (Trade and Retail).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Confident in sales.
• MUST HOLD a full UK manual driving licence - Subject to drivers check.

Responsibilities

• Working on the front and back counter (Trade, Retail and Workshop).
• Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
