Hartshorne Group Stoke on Trent is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join our depot. In this fast-paced role you will identify, source, price and supply parts, aiming to get the right solution first time, every time, and deliver excellent customer service at the front counter.

• Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is an advantage, training provided.

Hartshorne Group Stoke on Trent Parts Advisor An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at our Stoke on Trent (ST5) depot as a Parts Advisor. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role at the heart of our operation, where you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, driving parts sales, and supporting the continued growth of our front-counter business. You will be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, pricing, and supplying parts, ensuring customers receive the right solution first time, every time. Building strong relationships with customers will be a key focus of the role, through face-to-face interactions, customer visits, proactive sales activity, and promotional campaigns, helping to maximise both sales opportunities and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will prepare quotations, support business development initiatives, and actively promote Volvo Genuine Parts and current supplier offers. You will also assist with
stock control, ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining high standards across warranty, contract, and administrative processes. About You Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude. Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however training will be provided. Hours of work Monday: 7.30 - 17.30 Tuesday: 7.30 - 17.00 Wednesday: 7.30 - 17.30 Thursday: 7.30 - 16.00 Friday: 7.30 - 17.00 1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 7.30 to 13.00 Benefits Excellent contributory pension scheme.
