Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd in Boroughbridge is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries, identify parts, price, quotations and process orders, while building strong relationships and supporting campaigns.

• Identify new business prospects while developing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Maximise sales potential by converting parts enquiries into workshop fitment and service opportunities.
• Supporting the back counter function.
• The pre-picking of parts for the workshop.
• Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however training will be provided.
