Hartshorne Group in Nottingham is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor at the NG11 Depot to support our workshop with accurate parts identification, sourcing and pricing.

You will handle quotations, pre-pick parts for maintenance, respond to urgent requests and keep stock records up to date while delivering excellent service to customers.

Parts Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Nottingham (NG11) Depot as a Parts Advisor.

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential parts and administrative support to our busy workshop, ensuring the accurate identification, sourcing, pricing, and supply of parts to keep our customers' vehicles and trailers operating at peak performance.

Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, pre-picking parts for planned maintenance activities, responding to urgent parts requests, and utilising pricing tools to secure the most competitive options while maximising on promotions and offers.

You will also play a key role in stock management, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing warranty and contract-related items, coordinating exchange units and specialist tooling, and ensuring all records, systems, and documentation are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am until 17.00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings: 8.00am to 12.00noon
