Job summary

Hartshorne Group in Stoke-on-Trent (ST5) is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our fast-paced team. You will identify, source, price and supply parts, ensuring customers receive the right solution first time with face-to-face service and proactive sales activity.

You will prepare quotations, support business development, promote Volvo Genuine Parts and assist with stock control and administrative processes to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, sourcing, pricing and supplying parts to ensure customers receive the right solution first time.
• Building strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and proactive sales activity.
• Preparing quotations and supporting business development initiatives.
• Assisting with stock control to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining warranty, contract and administrative processes.
