Role: Parts Advisor

Salary: £27,100 plus OTE up to £33,100

Location: Nissan Reading

Hours: Full-time hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our team in a state-of-the-art facility. Full manufacturer training will be provided, so prior brand experience is not necessary. You will receive ongoing manufacturer-specific training and development through our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
• A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
• Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
• Tech-savvy and confident in using iPad software

What You’ll Do

• Receive and unload new stock and deliveries
• Organize and store incoming parts, recording them in an internal database
• Respond to workshop and customer queries via face-to-face, phone, and email
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians, working from job sheets alongside service advisors and sales team
