Job Description

Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Peugeot Gatwick

Hours: Full time, 44 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our team in a state-of-the-art facility. Full manufacturer training is provided, so prior brand experience is not necessary. Continuous training will keep you updated with the latest technology through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
• A team player comfortable with processes and procedures
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading stock and deliveries
• Organizing and recording incoming parts in the database
• Responding to queries via face-to-face, phone, and email
• Picking and distributing parts for technicians, working from job sheets with the service and sales teams
