Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford

Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Salary: Basic with a generous OTE structure in place

The Role

We are recruiting a Parts Advisor for our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Oxford. You will receive on-the-job training from colleagues, managers, and Jaguar Land Rover, joining a supportive and friendly team.

Daily Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries.
• Sorting, storing, and recording incoming parts and materials on an internal database.
• Responding to internal workshop and external customer queries face-to-face, via phone, and email.
• Picking and distributing parts for Technicians within the Workshop, working from job sheets alongside the Service Advisor and Sales Team.
