Role: Parts Advisor

Location: Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cambridge

Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week

The role

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our popular brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not necessary. You will receive regular training updates through manufacturer sessions and our Marshall Academy.

Who you are

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally from a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible)
• A team-player comfortable with set processes and procedures
• Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
• Tech savvy and confident with iPad software

What you’ll do

• Receiving and unloading new stock and deliveries
• Organizing and storing parts and materials, recording them in an internal database
• Responding to workshop and customer queries face-to-face, on the phone, and via email
• Picking and distributing parts for technicians, working from job sheets with service advisors and sales team
