Job summary

T H WHITE Group in Huntley is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our Agriculture and Dairy Parts Team. You will assist external customers and workshop engineers with parts enquiries, orders and stock control, while joining a weekend rota to keep the business running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong customer service, comfortable working under pressure, and capable of upselling to grow parts business. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to quickly switch between tasks.
• Committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions.
• Confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business.
• Good communicator with excellent customer service.
• Experience or knowledge of agricultural/dairy parts is advantageous.
• Clean UK Driving Licence.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to join our Agriculture and Dairy Parts Team based in Huntley. The focus of this role is to help our external customers and internal workshop with parts enquiries.

Hours Monday – Friday, 8am-5:00pm, weekends on a rota basis

Key Duties Will Include

• Serving agricultural and dairy customers in person and by phone
• Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
• Ordering parts
• Stock input and control
• Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
• Be part of a weekend working rota

The Ideal Applicant

• will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
• will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
• has previous agricultural and/or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous
