Platinum-Recruitment is looking for a proactive Parts Advisor to join our client’s team in Boston. You will handle parts enquiries from customers and technicians, process orders, and support showroom operations with a focus on accurate stock control and excellent service.

The role suits someone with experience in parts, stores, or a customer-facing environment, who can communicate clearly, work with computers and payments, and thrive in a busy, field-based showroom setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, stores, stock management or customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, automotive or machinery parts advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer, email and internet skills.
• Accurate with numbers, payments and stock.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable and able to use your own initiative.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Genuine interest in sales and customer service.

We’re looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to support customers and technicians with parts enquiries, orders and general showroom queries.
