Job summary

Holdich Recruitment is helping a national sales, parts and service business recruit a Parts Supervisor for the Norwich area. The role suits someone with retail/showroom experience and a good understanding of agricultural/horticultural machinery.

You will support the parts department and showroom, ensuring stock control and delivering excellent customer service both in person and remotely. Ideal candidates will have experience in stock control, sales, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or showroom environment.
• Sales experience with a target-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery/products.
• Experience in stock control or parts departments.
• Support the daily operation of the parts department and showroom, allocating tasks as required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to product and service enquiries both in person and remotely.

Job description

Our client is a national sales, parts and service business with many depots across the country.

Employing over 550 staff, the company prides itself on providing excellent service and delivery to many sectors including agriculture, horticulture and construction.

A Parts Supervisor is required to join the depot team in the Norwich area

Ideally we require an experienced parts advisor with a good understanding and knowledge of the agricultural sector, however technically minded individuals with agricultural knowledge and excellent retail customer service skills will also be considered.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or showroom environment
• Sales experience and a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery/products
• Experience in stock control or parts departments
• Support the daily operation of the parts department and showroom, allocating tasks as required
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to product and service enquiries both in person and remotely

8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday (39 hour week)

Saturdays as per rota (Overtime paid at time and a half)
