Hawk Hiring LTD in Bristol is seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Advisor to manage stock, assist workshop technicians and customers with parts sourcing and identification, and deliver expert product guidance to maximise customer satisfaction.

You will use parts catalogues and inventory software, provide 5-star service, and support a career pathway across a national network with training and progression opportunities. Base Bristol with on-site parking and flexible shifts.

Formación

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or similar in the motor industry.
• Strong IT literacy with parts catalogue and inventory software.
• Excellent customer-facing communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move vehicle parts safely.

Role Overview

Seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Advisor / Car Parts Specialist to join our busy Bristol dealership team. In this role, you will be key to managing parts stock, assisting internal workshop technicians and external customers with parts sourcing and identification, and delivering expert product guidance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Automotive Inventory Assistant within the motor industry.
• Strong IT literacy with hands-on experience using parts catalogue systems & inventory software.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (in-person and via telephone) with high attention to detail.
• Physical capability to handle, lift, and store vehicle parts and accessories of varying weights safely.
• Passion for delivering 5-star customer service and working collaboratively within a team.

• Base: Bristol Area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategically situated near key routes including the M4, M5, and A4, allowing for fast and easy daily commutes.
