Responsibilities

• Manage incoming parts enquiries via telephone, email and in person.

• Work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure parts availability.
• Assist with goods inwards and stock management.

Parts Advisor

Location: Exeter (Office Based)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) | 1 in 7 Saturdays

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and internal departments receive accurate and timely support with parts enquiries, orders and stock requirements.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous motor trade experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant or within a similar motor trade role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment
• Confident IT skills and experience using parts systems
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Full UK driving licence preferred
