Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Northampton is seeking a friendly and organised Parts Advisor to join our Ford, OMODA and Jaecoo dealership. You will manage the parts stock, liaise with Sales and Service teams, and ensure customers receive prompt, accurate service.

The role focuses on delivering a high standard of customer experience, working 45 hours per week, in a busy, team-based environment at our Northampton site.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the Parts stock room, ensuring stock levels are accurate and well controlled.
• Working closely with our Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Acting as a key point of contact for parts-related queries from customers, colleagues and manufacturers.
• Coordinating the supply of parts across the site and making sure requirements are dealt with efficiently.
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues and providing a consistently high level of service.

Salary: £29,741

Hours: 45 per week (full time)

Reporting to: Aftersales Manager

Allen Motor Group is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Ford, OMODA and Jaecoo dealership in Northampton.

As a key member of our Aftersales team, you’ll play an important role in making sure the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Service teams, manufacturers and customers, helping everything run smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the service they deserve.

If you enjoy working with people, have a good eye for detail and know your way around an automotive Parts department, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our Parts operation, helping to keep the department organised, efficient and customer-focused.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
