Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy aftersales team in Gillingham. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will coordinate parts supply across service, sales and retail customers.

The role offers a salary up to £32,000 per year plus bonus, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, and on-site parking. You will work with EPC systems and maintain high inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Parts Advisor or similar in main dealership or motor factor environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication and phone manner.
• Proficient with IT systems and EPC catalogs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts supply across service, sales and retail/trade customers.
• Manage parts stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Support Aftersales team and liaise with technicians and customers.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + Bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Auto Parts Specialist to join our busy aftersales team in Gillingham. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will coordinate parts supply across the department, ensuring smooth communication between service technicians, sales teams, and retail/trade customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Specialist, or Stock Controller within a main dealership or motor factor environment.
• Strong team player with outstanding phone manner and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficient in IT systems and electronic parts catalogues (EPC).
• Full UK driving licence.
