• Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where required

Location: Stoke on Trent - Office based role

Salary: Up to £34,000

The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands‑on Stock & Parts Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with all operational requirements.

As a Parts & Stock Control Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing company‑owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
• Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
• Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
• Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Supporting day‑to‑day branch operations, including hands‑on involvement where required
