Job summary

Marshall Audi Newbury, part of Marshall Motor Group, seeks a proactive Parts Advisor to support workshop operations. You will receive and document parts, maintain stock records, and assist with enquiries, coordinating with service advisors and the sales team to keep jobs on track.

The role emphasizes health & safety, teamwork and delivering a positive customer experience, within a franchised dealer environment and the Marshall network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Able to follow established processes and work independently or in a team.
• Organised, motivated and prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Comfortable using iPad or similar software for stock inventory management.
• Committed to delivering a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and accurately record incoming parts and deliveries.
• Store and organise parts with up-to-date inventory records in internal systems.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians in coordination with service advisors and sales.
