Job summary

Marshall Nissan Grantham is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join the aftersales team and keep workshop operations moving. The role involves receiving and recording parts, maintaining stock and inventory, and answering workshop and customer enquiries with a fast, expert service.

Candidates should have prior Parts Advisor experience, be organized, safety-focused and able to use an iPad for inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised dealership.
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently or in a team.
• Motivated, organized and safety-conscious in the workplace.
• Comfortable using iPad or similar software for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.

Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

At Marshall Nissan Grantham, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well‑organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

• You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
