ACS Automotive is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. You will report to the Aftersales Manager and ensure the parts department runs smoothly, supplying parts to workshop and customers while managing stock and supplier relationships.
The role suits someone with motor trade parts experience who understands how a dealership or workshop operates, with duties including stock management, ordering, enquiries, and collaboration across departments.
Up to £32,000 Basic Salary plus bonus
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 3:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive aftersales team.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will play an important role in keeping the parts department running smoothly, making sure the workshop and customers have the parts they need and that stock is well managed.
This would suit someone who already has experience working within a motor trade parts department, whether that's within a franchised dealership or an independent business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining parts stock and ensuring the stock room is kept organised
Ordering and sourcing parts as required
Dealing with parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
Working closely with the Sales and Service departments
Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
Ensuring technicians have the parts they need to keep vehicles moving through the workshop
Helping to maximise parts sales, profitability and efficiency
Providing a high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone
We are looking for someone with previous automotive parts experience who understands how a busy dealership or workshop operates.
You'll need to be:
Experienced in a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role
Confident dealing with customers and colleagues
Comfortable using IT systems
A good telephone communicator
Organised and able to manage a busy workload
A team player who is happy to get involved and support the wider aftersales team
Salary up to £32,000 plus bonus
