We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
- Deal directly with trade and retail customers regarding parts enquiries and sales
- Ensure accurate identification, picking, and dispatching of parts orders
- Provide high-quality customer service through face‑to‑face interactions, emails, and phone calls
- Carry out parts stock control and manage inventory levels effectively
- Supply parts to HGV Technicians in the workshop
- Cover for the Parts Delivery Driver during their absence
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely parts availability
- Utilise electronic parts catalogue systems, including Kerridge/Keyloop (advantageous)
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
- Recent experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchise‑approved automotive dealership or motor factor
- Knowledge or experience with commercial vehicle parts is desirable but not essential
- IT literate, with experience working with electronic parts catalogue systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferred)
- Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a professional, friendly manner
- Residency within a reasonable commute to Gloucester preferred
