Commercial Parts Advisor required in West Thurrock, Essex

Our automotive client is a large, reputable, and highly successful Commercial Main Dealer based in the Grays area. They are looking to add to their team by actively hiring an experienced Parts Advisor.

As a Commercial Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by supplying parts to workshop technicians and selling parts via the front counter and telephone. You will work towards becoming a brand representative with expert product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service.

Details & Benefits of the Parts Advisor:

• Competitive Basic Salary: up to £31,000 p.a.
• Bonus Opportunity: Monthly target-related bonus scheme + Manufacturer bonus scheme
• On Target Earnings of £33,000 p.a.
• Weekday Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm
• Saturday Rota: 8.00am to 12.00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays worked)
• Holiday allowance of 20 days + bank holidays + time served increase after 5 years of service

The ideal Commercial Parts Advisor will:

• Have a strong background in automotive parts
• Be commercially aware of industry standards
• Possess excellent communication and selling skills
• Have commercial acumen
• Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Be able to work on own initiative under pressure
• Hold a Full Manual UK Driving Licence
