Porsche Retail Group (PRG) has an excellent opportunity for a Parts Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands at Porsche Centre Hatfield.

To apply for this role, you must have:

• Car Parts Knowledge / Vehicle Parts experience
• Full Drivers Licence
• Background in the automotive industry

Role: Reporting to the Parts Manager, as a Parts Advisor, you will support Vehicle Technicians by accurately identifying, ordering, and supplying Porsche parts and accessories. You will also advise retail customers on parts needed for their Porsche, explaining their functions, and taking orders in person, over the phone, or via email.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source parts accurately based on vehicle information and customer needs
• Enhance workshop efficiency by checking parts availability and pre-picking items
• Manage parts inventory, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and stock counts
• Process parts orders, create invoices, and handle retail transactions
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians with product information, availability, and pricing
• Assist with warranty claims processing and administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in an automotive parts or service department
• Familiarity with parts databases and inventory management systems
• Understanding of vehicle components and systems
• Good IT skills, including MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a franchised automotive dealership
• Full Driving Licence
• Customer-facing experience
