Our client is a prestige vehicle dealership seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for their dealership. Working within a busy and unique department, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and a modern, efficient parts service. The main priority is to maintain high service levels to the Workshop and handle a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.

Parts Advisor Role:

1. You will work alongside another dedicated Parts Advisor committed to providing an excellent Parts service.
2. You need to be a well-rounded professional with knowledge of all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service on parts-related matters. Experience with parts verification would be beneficial.
3. You will deal with customers professionally, maintaining a personal focus as expected by the brand.
4. A good technical/mechanical understanding will aid in parts identification and up-selling techniques.

Your Experience:

1. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of Main dealership Parts Advisor experience.
2. Excellent customer handling skills are essential.
3. Experience with Kerridge / ADP systems is preferred but not essential.
4. Experience with exporting parts would be an advantage.
5. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are required.
