Our Glasgow branch is a large, high-profile site providing maintenance, servicing, and warranty work for a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles. It is one of the busiest workshops in the country and supports around 2,000 additional vehicles from nearby branches.

Discover our flagship branch at Northgate Vehicle Hire, located next to the M8 motorway and a major shopping centre. It features 9 ramps for efficient service and hosts Auxillis, offering vehicle hire and accident management services.

About the role:

You will support the Workshop Manager in managing the internal parts department, maintaining accurate stock levels and liaising with external suppliers.

About you:

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, preferably in automotive parts (dealership, accident repair, or workshop).
• Experience with budgeting and cost control, responsible for workshop budget management.
• Strong administrative skills, with excellent organization, data entry, and IT literacy.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on approach and pride in contributing to the team.
