Job Description:

At RBH, we believe our people are our biggest assets and understand the value in putting them first. Our approach to diversity in the workplace, health & wellbeing, sustainability, and individuality sets us apart from our competitors and is one of the reasons we are rated Top 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality! At RBH, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer opportunities to grow, succeed, and be part of a team that’s redefining what it means to work in hospitality. Join us and discover why our people are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Group Sales Coordinator to join our central sales team at RBH. This fixed term role offers remote working with flexibility, or the option to work from our Glasgow office if you’re local and prefer to be in-person.

You’ll be working with our Divisional Sales Director, hotel teams, and key brand partners like IHG, Accor, and Hilton to manage and convert corporate group sales enquiries across 10-12 hotels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for service, and a love of teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for group enquiries, owning them from initial response through to confirmed contract before handing them over to the hotel teams. You’ll:

  • Respond to and convert group enquiries, primarily via Meeting Broker and Venue Directory.
  • Manage the full enquiry process from lead to contract.
  • Log and track activity in Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Cross-sell across the RBH portfolio to maximise conversion.
  • Follow up on previous business to generate repeat bookings.
  • Manage rate loading via Concerto for new accounts and booking link creation.
  • Promote brand initiatives such as loyalty programmes and payment solutions.

Collaboration & Culture

You won’t be doing this alone—our sales team has weekly check-in calls to stay connected and aligned, and we get together in person four times a year for fun, team-building activities that keep our strong culture alive, even in a remote environment.

Key Metrics

  • Conversion rate and pipeline performance
  • Salesforce activity and tracking accuracy

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in hotel or sales coordination roles (ideally group sales).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised across multiple properties.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative, and welcoming sales team where your contributions are valued. With flexibility around location, regular team connection points, and the chance to work with a portfolio of well-known brands, you’ll have the autonomy to own your workload and make a real impact.

Plus, you’ll be backed by RBH’s supportive culture—a company that puts its people first and offers genuine opportunities for growth.

The Recruitment Process

At RBH, we see recruitment as a two-way journey—an opportunity to connect with talented individuals and explore whether we’re the right fit for each other. Our Talent Acquisition Manager may invite you for a Teams pre-screening conversation. This is an opportunity not just for us to learn about your skills, but also for you to explore whether RBH aligns with your goals and values. If we’re a match, you’ll move on to a formal first-stage interview with our hiring managers in the coming weeks.

Benefits include discounted hotel stays, an extra day off for your birthday, food and drink discounts, referral bonuses, flexible pay access, and more.

Equal Opportunities

RBH Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer. We believe in hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive, people-first culture. If at any point throughout our process you require reasonable adjustment, please let us know.
