This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Parts Controller in our busy site in Glasgow.

About us:

Our Glasgow branch is a large, high-profile site which delivers maintenance, servicing and warranty work for a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles, and it is one of the busiest workshops in the country. As the lead branch in Scotland, it also supports around 2,000 vehicles from our Broxburn, Stirling, and Aberdeen branches.

Discover our flagship branch at Northgate Vehicle Hire, situated next to the M8 motorway and a large shopping centre. This state-of-the-art facility features 9 ramps for efficient service. We also host Auxillis, providing vehicle hire and accident management services, making it a fully integrated branch.

About the role:

You will support the Workshop Manager by managing the internal parts department, maintaining accurate stock levels, and liaising with external suppliers to build strong relationships.

About you:

• You come from a fast-paced, customer-focused background, ideally within the automotive parts sector, such as dealership, accident repair, or workshop.
• You have experience with budgeting and cost control, as you will manage the workshop budget.
• You are a competent administrator with excellent organisational skills, accurate data entry, and IT literacy.
• You are proactive and eager to contribute to the team with a hands-on approach.
