About us:

Our Glasgow branch is a large, high-profile site providing maintenance, servicing, and warranty work for a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles. It supports surrounding branches in Broxburn, Stirling, and Aberdeen, and is one of the busiest workshops in the country.

Discover our flagship branch at Northgate Vehicle Hire, located next to the M8 motorway and a major shopping centre. It features 9 ramps for efficient vehicle servicing and includes Auxillis services, offering comprehensive vehicle hire and accident management solutions.

About the role:

You will support the Workshop Manager in managing the internal parts department, maintaining accurate stock levels and liaising with external suppliers to build relationships.

About you:

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within the automotive parts sector.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control, responsible for the workshop budget.
• Strong administrative skills, IT literacy, and excellent organizational abilities.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on approach and pride in their work.
