Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Parts Advisor for a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. The role requires previous automotive parts department experience, strong customer service, and a valid UK driving licence.

You will manage stock, process orders, and liaise with service and parts teams to meet customer needs. Location is Milton Keynes with a £26,650 basic salary per annum, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30, and every 4th Saturday paid as overtime.

• Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and organise incoming parts and stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately.
• Order parts and accessories to meet workshop and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and departmental documentation.
• Handle parts enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the Service and Parts departments.
• Ensure all parts operations meet company and dealership standards.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £26,650 basic per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime
