You’ll be responsible for managing quote requests generated by engineers, sourcing and identifying parts when required and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded throughout the process.
The role combines administration, customer service and coordination responsibilities, requiring someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable communicating with suppliers, engineers and customers alike.
Whilst the primary focus will be supporting the quotations function, you’ll also play an important role within the wider Parts team, providing support during busy periods and holiday cover when required.
