Position: Partnerships Manager – luxury / HNWI

Location: London / Surrey – much of this role is based on-site at stunning locations. Further details on the locations will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Access to a car is helpful, and there is flexibility for the right candidate.

Salary: £60,000 + KPI-based bonus / commission scheme (activated following a successful probation)

The employer is a luxury brand renowned for their exceptional offerings across membership, dining, sport, leisure, and hospitality, with a loyal following among HNWIs worldwide. As they enter an exciting growth phase, they are seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead and expand their portfolio of strategic brand partnerships. This pivotal role will amplify their global presence, drive brand equity, and unlock new opportunities for innovation and influence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships aligned with the brand’s commercial objectives and luxury positioning
  • Cultivating relationships with premium brands, cultural institutions, hospitality groups, and related industries
  • Leading partnership negotiations from concept to contract, ensuring mutual value and long-term success
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and retail teams to activate partnerships across all channels
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance to ensure brand integrity, ROI, and continuous improvement
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at industry and networking events
Qualifications and experience needed:
  • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or commercial development, ideally within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or related sectors
  • Proven success in establishing high-profile, strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and revenue
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumers, especially HNWIs, and their engagement environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management abilities
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence
