NEON is exclusively partnered with a High Profile Fashion Publisher & Affiliates Platform.

Hiring multiple roles for the Global Team, including a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the London HQ.

This is a dynamic opportunity working with an Entrepreneurial & Ambitious team, driving an exciting new global strategy, developing the US Market and revenue goals for further international expansion.

You will be responsible for driving new business, increasing sales revenue and campaigns, and identifying opportunities to create meaningful partnerships to elevate the publisher's positioning and drive international growth with high-profile fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands.

You will work in a similar commercially focused role centered on sales and partnerships, leveraging your network within the arena.

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Developing the Global Partnership Strategy
  • Building & Developing new relationships, driving them with global fashion brand partners
  • Deal Negotiation and Execution
  • Identifying and driving partnership agreements from end to end, including negotiation and finalizing commercial terms to support growth
  • Collaborating with the Global Team to develop relationships and ensure partnership execution
  • Monitoring the competitor landscape and developing meaningful market intelligence for partnership opportunities
  • Measuring success through KPIs, reporting, and analytics, focusing on ROI
  • Driving innovation and creativity within new business initiatives
