We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Go-to-Market team in London. This is a strategic role with high visibility and impact — perfect for someone who thrives on building commercial relationships and scaling ecosystems in complex, fast-moving markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and lead our partnerships strategy across fintech, trading platforms (OMS/EMS), and technology providers.
  • Proactively identify and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Own negotiations and agreements that drive long-term commercial value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on joint initiatives and go-to-market plans.
  • Track performance metrics to measure partnership success and guide decision-making.
  • Represent big xyt at industry events and forums, strengthening our brand and network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances — ideally in fintech, capital markets tech, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of trading workflows, data, and analytics in institutional investing.
  • Track record of negotiating commercial deals and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and excited to be part of a scaling, entrepreneurial business.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and events.
